The BLUPrInt Planning Roadmap defines a set of 40+ activities that clinics can complete to support their progress across eight stages of implementation. Following these activities will prompt clinics to proceed in a structured way, from contemplating whether PrEP is a good fit for their clinic population to achieving complete integration into clinical services. Implementation research suggests that completing more activities in pre-implementation may increase the likelihood of successfully launching and sustaining new interventions in clinics.
Have you checked out our PrEP Program Builder? The BLUPrInt PrEP Program Builder breaks the process of developing and/or improving a PrEP Program into six manageable components, and provides concrete resources focused on each one.
